Warranty Terms & Conditions

Far infrared heating systems comply with Australian standards and come with two years for replacement for parts, and, depending on the product, two to five years for maintenance.

YandiyaTM warrants that all of our infrared heating panels are free of any defects in our workmanship. It is important to handle your product carefully during inspection and installation, as the manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused due to improper handling or installing. This limited liability guarantee is only valid for the heating system element and not the component structure and does not cover any damage caused to the infrared heating panel or its components caused by misuse or improper handling.

YandiyaTM is not responsible for any carrier charges or labour charges. All defective products must be reported to the dealer, so that the dealer can raise a default report with the manufacturer. In the event there is a fault or damage caused to the heating element, the manufacturer will arrange for a replacement product. The warranty does not cover breakage to glass or mirror infrared heating panels.

The warranty does not cover any discolouration caused by extended use or any products that are not fitted with a recommended dealer or manufacturer thermostat control system. We do not take responsibility for third-party equipment fitted to the system.

This limited liability will take into account the age of the product when assessing a warranty claim; however, if the product was installed by a non-qualified electrician, the warranty will be null and void.

Any products returned under the terms of the warranty must be authorized in writing first by the dealer or manufacturer and returned with prepaid freight.

The warranty will be void under the following conditions

  • The product has not been installed as per the user's manual
  • The product has been damaged due to incorrect use
  • The warranty period has been exceeded
  • Man-made damage has occurred
  • Force majeure has occurred
